While Tzoker is the most inclusive game in OPAP’s portfolio, the confusing layout required huge effort on the part of players to understand the game mechanics. A new, well structured coupon was developed that helped systematic Tzoker players and non-players to play without the guidance of the agent.
Kino coupon was perceived as too “crowded” and difficult into completion with a "dusty" image. A refreshment was imperative, so as to become “edgy”, fresh & modern again. Under the remodelling process, number of columns had to be increased while visibility of multiplier and consecutive draws had to be optimized.
New-potential players’ coupons were designed from scratch, with self-explanatory “how to play” instructions.
